Players are required to book slots via this website
Strictly no walk-ins
Cancellation: 48-hour advance notice prior to the commencement of your reserved time slot is required. This allows ample time for other members who want to book a session
2. Reschedule
For one-hour booking:
If it rains, players can reschedule the booking slot if the playtime does not exceed 20 minutes or get credits be refunded to book in the near future within 3 months time from the initial booking date.
However, if the playtime has exceeded 20 minutes while it has started to rain, hence the booking is not allowed to reschedule nor refund in credit.
For two-hour booking:
If it rains, players can reschedule the booking slot if playtime does not exceed 20 minutes of the first hour.
However, if the playtime has exceeded 20 minutes during the first hour,
players are allowed to reschedule the second hour nor refund in credit in order to re-book in the near future within 3 months time from the initial booking date.
No credit refund is permitted if actual site does not rain or posses any weather hazard matters.
Pickleball Fun Club will not be responsible for any changes of player’s date and time as the players are recognized and agreed on the booking details.
Strictly no rescheduling once the booking has been made.
Pickleball Fun Club coaches and staffs on duties reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any classes due to weather, equipment availability, manpower or any unforeseen circumstances.
3. Refund
Pickleball Fun Club will not be responsible for any changes of player’s date and time as the players are recognized and agreed on the booking’s details.
Pickleball Fun Club does not offer refunds or exchange for any products or services from this court booking system.
Should there be any genuine reason for dissatisfaction that aligns with our business policy,
cases will be reviewed and the final decision will be solely made at the discretion of the Pickleball Fun Club.
4. Attire
Players must wear appropriate sports attire.
Players must wear proper sports shoes and it is highly recommendable to avoid badminton shoes as they can be slippery.
Pickleball Fun Club is not liable for any injury or accidents that may occur while accessing the courts or within the premises.
5. Courts & Equipments
Players to assist with helping of the overall cleanliness of the areas, courts and facilities.
Players will be fined for any damage to the facilities and paddles during usage.
Professional coaching on the Pickleball courts is not allowed, unless authorised coaches that have agreement set with Pickleball Fun Club.
Rules & Regulations:
Players must comply with the rules & regulations of the courts all the time.
Crews in charge will have the right to restrict or stop any players who do not comply with the rules.
The usage, possession, distribution, sale or influence of drugs or alcohol within Pickleball Fun Club area is strictly prohibited.
