For the avoidance of doubt, “we”, “our”, “us” and “Pickleball Fun Club” as used in the foregoing mean FUN SPORTS HUB SDN BHD.

We shall be entitled to cancel or terminate our obligations to fulfill any purchase, for any reason whatsoever, even after an order is confirmed by, and paid for by the customer, with or without notice and we shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation.

In such an event, we shall refund to the customer the court booking fee via an agreed upon method.

We will not entertain any cancellations or refund request once the booking is confirmed, unless cancellation is initiated 48 hours before your scheduled commence timing or subject to hazardous weather evaluation. Please refer to Terms & Conditions for more info on this clause.

Your Personal Data is collected and stored when you make a booking or any purchases with us, when you enter our website, and when you provide Personal Data to us through any other channel.

All food & beverage and merchandise sold are not exchangeable and refundable.
